Game Plan

So close now!

I am one who plans for such ventures as two million steps in 64 days.  So I thought I’d share some of my OCD with you today.

I crunched the numbers and then crunched them again.  Yet I’m still falling short but I have created a couple back ups to help get me closer.  So here is the basic game plan.

Now since that is still not enough I’ve found a way to move while stuck at the desk.  Introducing the peddler, lol.  I’ve not tested it too much yet so I’ll hold off on a review and let you know when I do.  I have also decided to host a walking challenge every weekend for all my family/friends/strangers to come out and help me get those steps in.

That should keep me on track!

I know I can do it as long as my back holds out and I don’t give up on myself.  I have never given up on myself but I can’t say much for my back.  It’s been acting up a lot for the last few weeks but thanks to meditation and yoga I’ve gotten back under control.  I may need to add in more yoga in the evening to help me out as I go.  It’s so relaxing heading into Shavasana after a peaceful practice.

I started training two months ago to increase my routine to this level.  Prior to that I was doing only about an hour-long routine every day.  Prior to my diagnosis I was doing nothing.  I am amazed how far I have come and looking forward to finding out how far I can go!
