Today you are going to set the standard for the rest of the week. If you can go 5 minutes GO if you can go 30 Go. Where ever you are with your fitness is where you are going to start and then maintain that all week. If you get tired or you start to flare, back off and try every other day or reduce the time you spend walking. This is about you! On your days off try helping out by raising awareness, recruiting, or maybe a little fundraising. There is more to this walk than steps.
