SMALL DAILY STEPS

Are you ready to increase the amount of time you walk? Let’s increase in slow increments so your body has a chance to adjust. If you walked three days last week try walking 5 days this week. If you walked every day last week then let’s increase how long you walk. Slowly now, remember this is not a sprint.

 

Don’t forget to tell me how you’re doing as we go!
