How is your body treating you? Are you starting to notice any positive changes? What are you up to now? Three days a week at 30 minutes or 7 days a week at ten minutes? Where do you like to walk?
If you change-up your scenery it might motivate you to want to walk more. Take a stroll through a local garden or around the mall – remember to keep walking. So this time let’s make it a goal to go out and explore somewhere new. Here are some photos of places I love to walk.
