I’ve got to say I’m feeling it now. I’m going to focus on maintaining this week instead of increasing. How are you doing?
Here’s a list of 40 things to try when you don’t feel like working out. I’m going to go read this again…lol.
Some of the ways I push myself on when I’ve lost the desire is to remember how I felt before I started moving my A.S. I think about my kids who are looking up to me. I think about my Spondy Family that can’t do it anymore. I remind myself to appreciate every bit of what I can do today because there are no guarantee’s for tomorrow.
