Saturday, April 19th
We’ve set our goals for the entire nine week walk and have been diligently working at them but I’m needing to break it down it to smaller bits this week. Sometimes looking at the long term goal can be difficult. So this week I’m breaking down what I expect from myself this week.
My goals for the week are as follows;
- Eat Right (which for me that is code for stay out of the chocolate)
- Exercise everyday even if I don’t want to!
- Do Not Give Up!!!
