As I sit here in pain with stiff, worn-out muscles I’m thinking others may be in the same situation. I overdid it … big shocker there. So to help I started with ice. Now I’m on to heat. Stretching slow and steady will make all the difference come morning. I’d love to hear anything you’ve got!
