Move It or Fuse It
The never ending debate of should we exercise if it hurts. I don’t ever not hurt so to me, yes I should. There is a hurt that screams, you better stop right now! Don’t mess with that one. The tricky thing is finding your threshold. Since that threshold can change at any moment it’s not easy. If one thing doesn’t work don’t give up just find another. Take very small steps towards your goal. Exercise hurts everyone but for us it can be pure torture. Don’t push it too hard but learn when it’s ok to. This has been a constant for me.
