I am always trying to find ways to keep moving even on those rest days. During a flare sometimes it’s simply taking a couple extra steps here and there. On good days a full yoga routine. After cycling I try to focus on the upper body for a couple of days and just do gentle stretches. Meditation at some point everyday is a must. Here is a routine to try on those rest days.
