Move It or Fuse Itstaying_active_rest_days

I am always trying to find ways to keep moving even on those rest days.  During a flare sometimes it’s simply taking a couple extra steps here and there.  On good days a full yoga routine.  After cycling I try to focus on the upper body for a couple of days and just do gentle stretches.  Meditation at some point everyday is a must.   Here is a routine to try on those rest days.


Awareness Challenge


There is a huge misconception about those on pain medication for chronic diseases.  Let’s share with the public, a friend, someone our need for pain treatment at times.
